Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows released a public whip count this week identifying U.S. senators who support passing the SAVE America Act using a standing filibuster in the Senate.

In a post on X, Meadows said he plans to continue updating the list daily so the public can track which lawmakers are willing to take a stronger stance to move the legislation forward.

“I’m going to keep posting our whip count so America knows which senators are supportive of passing the SAVE America Act via standing filibuster.” Meadows wrote.

The SAVE America Act has become a rallying point for many conservatives who argue that stronger election safeguards are needed to restore confidence in federal elections. Supporters say the bill would ensure that only eligible citizens participate in federal elections and that existing verification systems are strengthened.

By releasing the whip count publicly, Meadows signaled that supporters intend to apply pressure in the Senate to bring the measure to a vote.

According to Meadows’ list, the following senators support advancing the SAVE America Act via standing filibuster:

Jim Banks (IN)
